We took our time proven Patrol II and increased the size of the bottom pocket, added a rear slash pocket, and added bellows pleats to the wing pockets to create an aid belt with unmatched performance. The Patrol IIIs bottom pocket is large enough to carry an assortment of ET tubes, or up to 100 ft of 6mm evac line. It has three point compression straps, 5 zippered pockets, a conical cut, and our exclusive interlocking pocket design.
